    【摘要】目的:分析住院病人药品退回的原因，探讨改进措施。 方法:对我院2006年7月~10月住院部1508次退药原因进行统计，分析退药原因。 结果:退药原因使患者出院占42.3%；修改医嘱占31.9%；患者用药依从性差占18.1%；其他仅占7.7%。患者出院和修改医嘱两者相加占总的退药次数的70%以上。结论:采取完善有关规章制度，加强对退药的管理，增加与患者交流，加强医德医风及职业道德的教育，强化以病人为中心的服务理念，提高诊疗质量，规范医嘱书写，加强工作责任心，深入开展临床药学工作，药剂科与临床科室密切联系，将即将出院的病人的长期医嘱改为临时医嘱等措施，才能解决好退药问题。

    【Abstract】Objective: The analysis in-patient drugs return reason,discussion improvement measure.Method: From july,2006 1,508 time draws back the medicine reason to my courtyard to october in-patient department to carry on the statistics,the analysis draws back the medicine reason.Result: Draws back the medicine reason is the patient leaves the hospital accounts for 42.3%; The revision doctor’s advice accounts for 31.9%; The patient accounts for 18.1% with the medicine compliance difference; Other only account for 7.7%.The patient leaves the hospital with the revision doctor’s advice two adds together always occupies draws back the medicine number of times 70%.Conclusion: Adopts the consummation related rules and regulations,strengthens to draws back the medicine the management,the increase and the patient exchanges,strengthens the medical ethics medicine wind and the occupational ethics education,strengthens serves the idea take the patient as the center,enhances diagnoses and treats the quality,standard doctor’s advice writing,strengthens the work sense of responsibility,thoroughly does the clinical pharmacy work,the medicament branch and the clinical administrative offices close relation,soon will leave the hospital patient’s long-term doctor’s advice will change measure and so on temporary doctor’s advice,will be able to solve draws back the medicine question. ......
