    【摘要】笔者通过赴日研修老年护理知识，在此期间，得到了熊本机能病院寿量会的热情接待和悉心安排，从中学到了许多专业知识和非常优秀的服务理念和方法，对我所从事的护理事业的内涵有了更深的理解，并且对近二年应运而生的日本的医疗变革、介护保险制度的运行也有了一定的了解。总结这段经历，感受很深，受益非浅，无疑将对我今后仍将继续从事的护理管理工作起到积极促进的作用。

    【Abstract】The author through goes to Japan to do research the old age to nurse the knowledge,obtained the Kumamoto function specialized hospital long-lived quantity meeting warm reception and devotedly arranges,from the middle school to many specialized knowledge and the extremely outstanding service idea and the method,nurses the enterprise which was engaged in to me the connotation to have a deeper understanding,and Japan’s medical service which arose at the historic moment to the nearly two years transforms,lies between protects the issurance system the movement also to have the certain understanding.Summarizes this experience,the feeling is very deep,profits significantly,without doubt from now on still will continue to me to be engaged in nurses the supervisory work positive promotion the function. ......
