    【摘要】目的：探讨高龄股骨颈骨折围手术期并发症的护理干预效果。方法：通过对42例高龄股骨颈骨折患者在围手术期出现及可能出现的并发症采取：有效的心理护理；术前对病人的手术风险性作出初步的评估，制订相应的护理措施;术后主要是针对各种并发症的预防及处理实施有效的护理干预措施。结果：减少了病人的手术风险及并发症的发生。结论：高龄股骨颈骨折患者在围手术期进行全面有效的护理干预可以减少并发症的发生提高老年人的身心健康和生活质量。
