    【摘要】儿科护理工作者在日常工作实践中，要面对独生子女这一特殊的群体，因而必须运用现代儿童心理学知识，来了解和掌握不同年龄阶段儿童的心理状态和心理需求，根据他们所处年龄阶段的特征来进行有针对性的心理护理。由于每个孩子的性格、生长环境、家庭教育我们不能千篇一律，应因人施护，通过细致地观察，熟悉和掌握每个孩子的生活习惯，性格特点，兴趣爱好，心理状态与疾病变化和治疗要求，这样才能因人施护，达到满意的效果。
