    【摘要】目的：探讨应用DHS治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的适应症、治疗方法和临床疗效。方法：应用DHS治疗股骨粗隆间骨折共157例。结果：157例中142例得到6个月～7年随访，其中优119例，尚好21例，差2例。结论：应用DHS治疗股骨粗隆间骨折A1、A2型，临床效果可靠，固定牢固，可早期下地活动，患肢功能恢复良好；但不适用于A3型骨折。
