    【摘要】急性脑卒中常伴有明显的植物神经症状，大多数是由于病变直接、间接引起的丘脑下部损害所致，可作为重度脑卒中的临床诊断及判断预后的参考指标。临床观察丘脑下部及脑干病变患者心功能改变明显，可能与植物神经受到严重破坏，迷走神经兴奋性降低，交感、副交感平衡失调，导致心功能改变。

    在临床工作中收集了病史及主要体征后，对帮助分析病情的诊断及危重程度，对患者抢救时机的选择，对患者亲属交待病情时有较客观的评价。
