复方大承气汤用于防治术后肠粘连的临床探讨
【中图分类号】R975+.7 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1672-5085(2008)01-0094-01【摘要】经研究证明，复方大承气汤有促进胃肠蠕动，增加胃肠道容积，改善血液循环，降低毛细血管通透性等作用。因此术后早期应用加减复方大承气汤可减少渗出，有利于腹腔粘连松解术后的纤维蛋白的重吸收，减少粘连性肠梗阻的再次形成。我院自2001年6月～2007年10月共给330例腹部术后患者服用复方大承气汤加减的方药治疗，效果满意。
