土霉素片微生物检查方法的验证
【中图分类号】R37【文献标识码】C【文章编号】1672-5085(2008)02-0140-02【摘要】目的：建立土霉素片的微生物限度检查方法。 方法：采用薄膜过滤法对土霉素片处理后，分别进行细菌、霉菌及酵母菌计数方法的验证。结果：金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌的回收率均大于70%。结论：土霉素片采用薄膜过滤法检查微生物限度方法成立。

【Abstract】Objective:Establishment terramycin piece microorganism limit inspection method.
