结肠镜检查对不典型表现溃疡性结肠炎的诊断探讨

【摘要】溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerativecolitis,UC)是一种原因不明的慢性结肠炎,属于非特异性的炎症性肠病(IBD)。典型的溃疡性结肠炎,具有较典型的临床症状及结肠镜下表现,一般容易诊断,但对于临床表现不典型的溃结,由于其症状多非特异,又很少因这些轻微症状而作结肠镜检查,致使诊治往往被延误。为此,本文对1999年1月~2005年1月经结肠镜诊断为溃疡性结肠炎的162例病人进行分析,着重探讨不典型表现病例的临床特征与结肠镜诊断的相关性,以提高对此类病变的认识。

【Abstract】The ulcer colitis (ulcerativecolitis, UC) was one kind of reason unclear chronic colitis, belonged to the non-specificity inflammation enteropathy (IBD). The typical ulcer colitis, has a more typical clinical symptom and under the colon mirror displays, general is easy to diagnose, but regarding clinical manifestation atypical knot, because its symptom many non-is special, also is short very much because of these slight symptoms makes the colon mirror inspection, causes the diagnosis often to delay. Therefore, this article the~2005 year 1 menstruation colon mirror diagnosis carries on the analysis to January, 1999 for the ulcer colitis 162 examples patient, emphatically discusses the relevance which atypical performance case of illness the clinical characteristic and the colon mirror diagnoses, enhances regarding this the kind of pathological change understanding. ......
