脑卒中康复的表面肌电图研究

【摘要】目的：研究脑卒中患者联合反应程度对功能恢复的影响，为早期诱发患肢主动运动，寻求有效运动训练模式，合理制定康复治疗方案提供依据。方法：通过对脑卒中患者健侧运动时引发患侧肢体的联合反应，进行表面肌电信号采集，按BRUNNSTROM分级进行相关性分析。结果：在下肢加阻外展和内收运动情况下，表面肌电信号提示联合反应较明显。结论：脑卒中病人在早期，诱发联合反应有助主动运动出现，对肢体功能恢复有积极意义。

Method: Through to apoplexy patient healthy side movement when initiates the trouble side body the union to respond that, carries on superficial myo-electrical signal gathering, carries on the relevant analysis according to the BRUNNSTROM graduation.Result：Adds in the lower limb anti-outside expansion and in receives in the movement situation, the superficial myo-electrical signal prompt union response is more obvious. Conclusion: The apoplexy patient in the early time, induces the union response to be helpful the initiative movement appearance, restores to the body function has the positive sense. ......
