机械通气对COPD呼吸衰竭的治疗体会
【中图分类号】R563.8【文献标识码】B【文章编号】1672-5085(2008)02-0020-01【摘要】目前，机械通气连接方式逐渐以无创的气管插管代替。经鼻气管插管创伤小，患者易耐受，插管易固定，留置时间长，且便于口腔护理，较少发生咽喉损伤。且气道内反复湿化吸痰可以减少痰液阻塞、痰栓形成，降低气道阻力。注意每天观察气管导管外露的长度，避免发生导管脱出或过深的情况，必要时拍摄床头胸片明确插管的位置。
