略谈妊娠合并子宫肌瘤的看法
【中图分类号】R737.33【文献标识码】D【文章编号】1672-5085(2008)02-0025-01【摘要】子宫肌瘤可为不孕的原因之一，但也常见合并妊娠。据统计，妊娠合并子宫肌瘤约占肌瘤患者的0.5%～1%，占妊娠的0.3%～1.2%，由于肌瘤小，又无临床症状，产前未作B超等特殊检查，不少病人在妊娠及分娩过程中被忽略，因此，合并妊娠肌瘤的确切发病率不清楚，实际发病率远高于以上数字，子宫肌瘤合并妊娠，对妊娠及分娩均有影响，妊娠对肌瘤及其处理有时也发生困难。

【Abstract】 Hysteromyoma to be possible one of for sterility reasons, but also common merge pregnancy. Statistics have indicated, the pregnancy mergehysteromyoma approximately composes the myo-lump patient 0.5%~1%, occupies the pregnancy 0.3%~1.2%, because myo-lump small, also the not clinical symptom, pre-natal has not made the B high grade special inspection, many patients are neglected in the pregnancy and the childbirth process, therefore, the merge pregnancy myo-lump accurate disease incidence rate is not clear above, the actual disease incidence rate far is higher than the numeral,hysteromyoma merge pregnancy, is influential to the pregnancy and the childbirth, the pregnancy sometimes also has the difficulty to the myo-lump and its processing. ......
