探讨中老年颅脑损伤患者的临床表现
【中图分类号】R651.1+5【文献标识码】D【文章编号】1672-5085(2008)02-0031-01【摘要】老年性颅脑损伤致残率、病死率均较高，尤其是重型颅脑损伤预后极差，本组采用GCS评分来评价患者伤情的严重程度。GCS评分作为评估颅脑损伤伤情以及预后的指标已广泛应用于临床，一般认为≤8分者预后不良，GCS评分越低，提示预后越差。本文总结我院2004年～2007年收治的老年颅脑损伤患者156例临床资料，就其治疗和预后进行了分析总结。
