康复分级训练多媒体视听促进脑卒中功能康复的研究

【摘要】目的：结合康复分级训练多媒体视听的方法，对脑卒中患者功能康复作前瞻性对照研究，探讨如何激发和提高脑卒中患者自身主动参与康复的方法。方法:用改良BARTHEL指数、神经功能缺损评分、和终评随访，进行对照研究和回归分析，探讨结合多媒体视听提高功能恢复的相关因素。结果:康复分级训练多媒体视听组和一般康复组，两组病例的评分表明有显著差异。康复分级训练多媒体视听的方法，能促进功能恢复。结论: 康复分级训练多媒体视听的方法，具激发病患主动参与康复训练的欲望，从而提高运动功能质量。视听生物反馈，运动再学习是功能恢复和改善的重要因素。因此建议今后可采用多媒体视听结合的方法，促进病患参与功能训练的积极性。
