    【摘要】目的：探讨痛经的中西医结合治疗方法。 方法：用调经治痛汤辨证加减治疗，配用一般西医治疗。结果：中西医结合治疗组总有效率96.6%，单纯西医组总有效率57.6%。结论：中西医结合治疗痛经效果好。

    【Abstract】Objective: The discussion pain passes through cooperation of Chinese and Western medicine method of treatment. Method: With regulates menstruation governs the pain soup dialectical addition and subtraction treatment, uses for parts the common doctor practicing western medicine to treat. Result: Cooperation of Chinese and Western medicine treatment group total effectiveness 96.6%, pure doctor practicing western medicine group total effectiveness 57.6%. Conclusion: The cooperation of Chinese and Western medicine treatment pain is good after the effect.
