浅议临床检验对早期诊断肾综合征出血热的指导作用(1)
【中图分类号】R586.2+1 【文献标识码】C【文章编号】1672-5085(2008)03-0149-02【摘要】肾综合征出血热是由汉坦病毒所致的一种自然疫源性疾病，是我国除病毒性肝炎之外受害最大的病毒性传染病。由于该病早期临床表现复杂、近年不典型病例增多、新疫区不断增多、没有特异性诊断技术、临床医生认识不足等因素，误诊误治病例逐年增多，常因此导致延误治疗甚至病情恶化。笔者现将临床检验对早期诊断肾综合征出血热的指导作用的体会介绍如下，以供同行参考，具有一定借鉴意义。
