    【摘要】近年来，耐万古霉素肠球菌(Vancomycin-resistant enterococcus, VRE)作为一种引起医院感染的主要病原菌倍受关注，最近，美国国家医院感染监视系统(NNIS)已将其列为引起医院感染的第四大病原菌，尤其表现在引起尿路，血液，伤口的感染。医院内肠球菌感染主要发生在那些疾病危重，机体免疫功能低下且使用过广谱抗生素的病人。

    【Abstract】In recent years, vancomycin-resistant enterococci (Vancomycin-resistant enterococcus, VRE) as a major cause of hospital infection pathogens closely watched, most recently, the U.S. National Hospital Infection Surveillance System (NNIS) has its Hospital infection caused as the fourth largest pathogens, especially in performance caused urinary tract, blood, wound infection. Enterococcus infection in hospitals occurred mainly in those critical diseases, immune function and lower used broad-spectrum antibiotics patients.
