    【摘要】目的：探讨甲状腺微小癌的超声诊断价值与临床病理特点。方法：回顾性分析我院2003年1月至2007年12月收治的32例甲状腺微小癌患者的临床病理超声诊断特点。结果：患者大体标本切面呈灰白色，有的灰白色放射状瘢痕样，质地中等，部分较脆，无包膜超声表现甲状腺微小癌肿块均为实性，形状以类圆形为主，均无包膜，边缘不规则，有细小毛刺。大部肿块内有簇收分布的细小光点。CDFI显示所有病例病灶内均能测及彩色血流信号，动脉频谱阻力指数偏高。结论：超声诊断与临床病理特点分析在甲状腺微小癌的早期诊断有重要价值。
