    【摘要】目的：探讨乳腺巨纤维瘤特点和诊疗方法。方法：回顾性分析在我院行乳腺肿块切除术的21例乳腺巨纤维瘤患者临床表现、病理学特点和预后。结果：所有病例均行手术切除， 预后良好。结论：乳腺巨纤维腺瘤为良性肿瘤，手术切除为主要治疗手段，疗效明显。

    Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of 21 Patients with Giant Breast FibroadenomasLi Yijun Zhai Hongtao

    【Abstract】Objective:Evaluate the clinical character and treatment effect of giant breast fibroadenoma. Method：Review the clinical data, pathological characteristics and prognosis of 16 cases giant breast fibroadenoma in our hospital. Results： tumors were removed surgically and the postoperative prognosis is good. Conclusion： Giant breast fibroadenoma is the benign tumor. cystectomy is the basic method of treatment and the curative effect was significantly.
