大肠造口术的围手术期护理(附126例报告)
【中图分类号】R472.3 【文献标识码】C【文章编号】1672-5085(2008)03-0183-02【摘要】直肠癌是消化道常见的恶性肿瘤，约有1/3的病例难以避免地需要接受腹壁永久性造口术，改变了正常的排便方式，对患者的心理和社会生活影响巨大[1]。为降低或改善上述影响，我们对126例造口患者进行针对性的护理和指导，提高了患者的生活质量，促进了疾病早日康复。
