探讨重症支气管哮喘的护理体会
【中图分类号】R562.2+5 【文献标识码】C【文章编号】1672-5085(2008)03-0205-02【摘要】目的:探讨重症支气管哮喘的护理。方法:对患者进行心理护理、病情观察、氧疗护理、气雾剂的正确使用，环境和体位的改变，饮食护理，机械通气护理及出院后护理等。结果:32例患者病情缓解。结论：护理综合措施在重症支气管哮喘的治疗中至关重要。

【Abstract】 Objective: Discusses the heavy sickness bronchial tube asthma nursing. Method: Carries on the psychology to the patient to nurse, the condition observation, nurses, the gas spray medicinal preparation correct use, the environment and the body posture change, the diet nurses, after the machinery ventilates to nurse and to leave the hospital nurses and so on. Result: 32 examples patients condition alleviates. The conclusion nurses the synthesis measure to be very important at in the heavy sickness bronchial tube asthma treatment.
