    【摘要】目的：总结严重外伤肺损伤致急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)在SICU的救治经验，提高外伤性ARDS救治成功率。方法：回顾分析2002年1月~2008年1月SICU收治的46因严重的肺损伤而并发ARDS患者临床资料，分析ARDS的治疗效果及措施。结果：采取以机械通气为主的综合救治措施，治愈35例(76.1%)，死亡11例(24.0%)。结论：肺挫伤合并ARDS时致死率高，早诊断并进入ICU并使用机械通气为主的综合治疗措施是治疗的关键。

    【Abstract】Objecive:Summarizes the serious flesh wound lung damage to send the acute breath poverty-stricken synthesis to draft (ARDS) to treat and cure the experience in SICU, enhances flesh wound nature ARDS to treat and cure the success ratio. The method review analyzes 46 which in January, 2002 ~2008 year in January SICU admits because of the serious lung damage but the concurrent ARDS patient clinical material, analyzes ARDS the treatment result and the measure. Result： Adopts to the machinery ventilates the primarily synthesis to treat and cure the measure, cures 35 examples (76.1%), died 11 examples (24.0%). Conclusion：Lung dampens merges when ARDS the lethality to be high, early diagnoses and enters ICU and the use machinery ventilates the primarily complex therapy measure is the treatment key. ......
