    【摘要】 经尿道前列腺电切﹝TURP﹞和经前列腺电汽化术(TU-VP)具有风险小，创伤小，恢复快等优点，优于开放手术。我院从1997年初至今施行TURP近250例，2000年初至今施行TUVP近100例，均取得较好效果。
