    【摘要】目的：通过临床分析探讨子宫肌瘤诊断与治疗的有关因素。方法：通过对100例经手术和病理检查证实来为子宫肌瘤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：首诊有症状到医院检查发现者56例(56%)，无症状而体检发现37例(37%)，其他原因手术中发现7例(7%)。结论：定期的妇检可以早期发现子宫肌瘤，且在治疗上应提倡个体化。
