    【摘要】目的:评价糖尿病患者在自我监测治疗，社区跟踪治疗两组治疗方案，并找出最合适糖Ⅱ型尿病患者的治疗方案。方法:通过对辽宁省沈阳市沈河区风雨坛社区居民的社区筛查，找出糖尿病患者新发病例，并发病时无任何并发症的糖尿病Ⅱ型患者，使其分别接受自我治疗，社区跟踪治疗，并对所有分组患者在半年，一年，两年，三年进行跟踪回访。并对治疗结果进行可行性分析。结论:2种方法在治疗糖尿病并延缓并发症上均有疗效，但在可行性和并发症延缓上推荐社区跟踪治疗。
