左胸左颈经食管床胃-食管颈部吻合术治疗食管癌疗效观察体会

【摘要】目的：探讨次全食管切除、左胸左颈经食管床胃-食管颈部吻合术治疗食管癌疗效观察。方法：2000年10月——2007年10月我院对食管中段、上段癌46例，行次全食管切除、左胸左颈经食管床胃-食管颈部吻合术，即应用传统丝线手工吻合和常规器械吻合方法，行病例对照研究。结果：本组病例中，应用传统丝线手工吻合25例，术后并发症占8%，常规应有器械吻合21例，术后并发症占6%，病例对照有差异。结论，切除食管范围上，节省手术时间上，术后恢复住院时间上，均有一定差异。相对比较使用吻合器优于手工吻合。

Result: In this group of case of illness, the application tradition silk thread manually tallies 25 examples, after the technique the illness complication accounts for 8%, the convention should have the instrument to tally 21 examples, after the technique the illness complication accounts for 6%, case of illness compares has the difference. Conclusion： Excises in the esophagus scope, saves in the surgery time, after the technique restores is hospitalized in the time, has the certain difference. Relative comparison use tallying surpasses manually tallies. ......
