    【摘要】目的：探讨阿立哌唑(商品名：博思清)与奥氮平(商品名：悉敏)对精神分裂症患者血糖代谢的影响。 方法：将62例精神分裂症患者随机分为两组，分别给于阿立哌唑与奥氮平治疗，于入院时和治疗2月后分别检测空腹血糖，餐后2小时糖耐量试验。结果：在治疗2月内奥氮平氮平组空腹血糖及餐后2小时糖耐量试验显著升高，差异有显著性；阿立哌唑组治疗前后差异无显著性。 结论：奥氮平可显著升高血糖，而阿立哌唑对血糖无明显影响，值得临床推广。
