    【摘要】目的：探讨经纤维支气管镜检查，提高支气管内膜结核(EBTB)患者的诊断价值。方法：使用日产olympusBF-P30纤维支气管镜检查及毛刷涂片及组织学检查。结果：受检27例患者纤维支气管镜检查均有肉芽组织增生，支气管狭窄。炎症黏膜充血等表现，联合应用纤维支气管镜活检、刷检及痰检使阳性率明显增加。结论：进行纤维支气管镜检查对支气管内膜结核有重要诊断价值。
