    【摘要】功能失调性子宫出血简称功血，多发生于青春期及围绝经期(本文不讨论青春期功血)，传统治疗功血的方法为诊断性刮宫、药物治疗，子宫切除术等均有一定的副反应，且多数患者不能接受子宫切除术。
