    【摘要】皮下埋藏式腹腔化疗泵是许多肿瘤化疗的一种良好的给药途径，与外周静脉、动脉介入及穿刺灌注化疗相比有许多优点。总结我院2000年1月~2006年3月间 28例胃肠癌病人术后，通过腹腔化疗泵进行腹腔化疗，取得良好效果。
