    摘要：目的：分析造成血液标本临床检验不合格的原因，同时根据医院实际情况总结有效的防范措施，以促进血液标本检验总体水平的提升，促进医疗事业的发展。方法：选择2018年6月至2021年4月四川省内江市资中县狮子镇卫生院的1000份血液标本，统计不合格标本的数量，分析导致结果不合格的原因，探讨防范对策。结果：1000份血液标本中，不合格血液标本为40份，不合格率为4%(40/1000)，导致不合格的原因有標本量不足、血液标本凝固、溶血、信息错误、采集不规范、血液标本污染、血液标本送检不及时。结论：临床检验工作对于医疗活动的开展有着至关重要的作用，而标本量不足、血液标本凝固、溶血、信息错误、采集不规范、血液标本污染、血液标本送检不及时均是影响检验结果的因素，检验人员需要针对上述因素进行防范，最大程度确保血液标本结果的准确性。
