    【摘要】围绝期是指妇女绝经前后卵巢功能逐渐减退,逐渐向老年过渡的一个时期,此阶段间妇女的全身各个系统均会出现极大的改变,这种改变对部分妇女会引发许多心理和生理方面的问题,严重时会造成家庭不和等社会问题,因此针对围绝经期妇女健康问题应积极采用多层次的综合保健干预措施,对妇女围绝经期症状的改善和预防围绝经期疾病,提高老年妇女生活质量都具有重要的意义。
