【摘 要】目的：探讨有机磷农药中毒的临床表现及急救措施。方法：采取回顾性的方法对66例有机磷农药中毒患者急救治疗的临床资料进行分析，总结出患者的主要临床表现，并对抢救措施进行分析总结。结果：本组66例患者，经抢救有62例患者脱离危险，死亡6例，整体救治率为93.94%。结论：由于有机磷农药中毒患者的临床表现比较复杂，且患者病情变化较大，个体差异性较大，因此在抢救该类患者时务必要以患者的自身情况为依据制定最佳的抢救方案。
