摘要：目的：探讨小儿肺脓肿临床治疗方法及效果。方法：选取临床2011年1月至2012年6月收治的24例确诊小儿肺脓肿患儿的临床资料进行分析。结果：24例患儿经过治疗症状消失及好转22例，总有效率91.6%。结论：根据小儿肺脓肿的临床表现。应立即给予抗生素治疗，后给予肺脓液引流，及时治疗，以防病情恶化。
