摘要：目的： 分析奥氮平合并舒必利治疗难治性精神分裂症的临床疗效。方法： 选取本院治疗的难治性精神分裂症患者120例，随机分组后，分别给予奥氮及奥氮平合并舒必利治疗，观察疗效。结果： 合用组患者在治疗8周和12周后PANSS评分低于单用组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论： 奥氮平合并舒必利对治疗难治性精神分裂症疗效显著，较单独用药不良反应相对较少，可用于临床推广。

    Clinical effects of Olanzapine combined sulpiride on refractory schizophrenia

    Abstract Objective To analyze the combined sulpiride olanzapine clinical efficacy for the treatment of refractory schizophrenia. Methods 120 cases of refractory schizophrenic patients treated in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups and were given by single olanzapine treatment and the combination of olanzapine and sulpiride treatment. Results Combined group PANSS score treated for 8 weeks and 12 weeks was lower than single group significantly (P <0.05) . Conclusion Olanzapine combined sulpiride on refractory schizophrenia have better effects than singel olanzapine treatment and relatively fewer adverse reactions . ......
