摘要：目的： 分析丁苯酞对老年血管性痴呆患者的临床疗效。方法： 选取本院124例老年血管性痴呆患者，随机分组，分别给予维生素和丁苯酞治疗，观察疗效。结果 对照组治疗前后无显著变化(P>0.05)，治疗组12W后，MMSE、CDR和ADL分数均有显著改善(P<0.05)。结论：丁苯酞可有效改善老年血管性痴呆患者的认知功能。
