摘要：目的：探讨双侧平衡骨瓣减压治疗重型颅脑创伤的疗效及手术适应证。方法：回顾性分析43例重型颅脑创伤行双侧开颅去骨瓣减压治疗患者的临床资料。结果：按照GOS评分，Ⅴ级5例(11.63%)，Ⅳ级6例(13.9%)，Ⅲ级8例(18.60%)，Ⅱ级11例(25.59%)，Ⅰ级13例(30.23%)。结论：双侧开颅去骨瓣减压术在重型颅脑损伤治疗中可能降低颅内压，阻止脑膨出的发生，阻断颅脑损伤的恶性循环，是救治重型颅脑创伤有效的方法。
