摘要：目的：探讨复方苦参注射液在乳腺癌化疗中的作用?方法：治疗组应用复方苦参注射液联合环磷酰胺?表阿霉素?5-氟脲嘧啶进行化疗，对照组仅用环磷酰胺?表阿霉素?5-氟脲嘧啶进行化疗?3周为一疗程，3个疗程后进行评价?结果：治疗组恶心呕吐?骨髓抑制?肝功能损害等副作用明显低于对照组(P<0.05)?结论：乳腺癌术后化疗患者联合应用复方苦参注射液能减轻化疗的毒副作用，改善患者的生活质量?
