【摘要】目的：探讨心肌缺血的心电图表现及诊断价值。方法：对我院收治的40例心肌缺血患者心电图诊断表现进行分析。结果：水平的或向下斜型ST段下移，在J点(QRS波和ST段交界处)以后的80ms处至少下移0.1mV。结论：心电图是最经常用于检测心肌缺血的方法，因为它很容易获得，成本低，并且易于应用。
