    增强扫描出现不良反应的临床表现及护理

    摘要目的：探讨CT增强扫描对比剂不良反应的护理措施。方法：选取我院2013年8月～2014年1月CT增强扫描检查患者3450例，其中34例发生不良反应，针对CT对比剂在增强扫描中所出现的不良反应，观察其临床表现，提出一些预防、治疗及护理措施。结果：34例发生不良反应的患者中29例发生不同程度过敏反应，其中发生严重过敏反应的5例，按照抢救流程及时成功救治,无死亡病例发生；另外5例出现了对比剂外渗，都妥善处理。结论：医务人员熟练掌握急救技术和急救设备的使用,一旦发生不良反应要在最短的时间内使患者得到妥善处理，是提高安全检查的重要环节,也是顺利进行检查诊断的保证。

    Clinical manifestation and nursing of adverse effect on scan enhancement

    AbstractObjective:To discuss the nursing measurement of adverse effect on CT scan enhancement.Methods:Select 3450 cases of CT enhancement scan inspection patients in our hospital from August 2013 to January 2014,among which,34 cases have adverse effect,put forward some preventive,treatment and nursing measurement according to the adverse effect of CT contrast agent in enhancement scan.Results:Among these 34 cases with adverse reaction, 29 of which have anaphylactic reaction,and 5 of these 29 cases have serious anaphylactic reaction,there was no death case according to rescue procedure and in time treatment;there was contrast agent exosmosis on another 5 cases, which were well handled.Conclusion:Medical staff should have good command on first-aid technology and the application of first-aid equipment,the patient should be handled well in the shortest time if there was any adverse reaction,which was the important part on safe inspection improvement and the guarantee on smoothly inspection diagnose. ......
