    哺乳期急性乳腺炎乳汁管理模式的建立与实施

    摘要目的：建立与实施哺乳期急性乳腺炎乳汁管理模式。方法： 选择2011年6月～2012年12月我院收治的65例哺乳期急性乳腺炎患者，通过建立各项规范，实施标准操作及运用效果评价的方法对哺乳期急性乳腺炎进行管理。结果：65例哺乳期急性乳腺炎患者中在1周内治愈47例，显效16例，无效2例。结论：哺乳期急性乳腺炎采用乳汁管理模式取得了较好的护理效果。

    The establishment and implementation of acute mastitis milk management mode in lactation

    AbstracObjective：To establish and implement the acute mastitis milk management mode in lactation. Methods: Selected 65 cases of acute mastitis patients in lactation treated in our hospital from June, 2011 to December, 2012 and managed the acute mastitis in lactation by setting up various specifications, implementing standard operation and applying evaluation methods. Results: Among 65 cases of acute mastitis patients in lactation,47 cases were cured within a week, the effect of 16 cases was displayed while 2 cases were of no effect.
