    2型糖尿病口服EGFRI靶向药物致痤疮样皮疹的观察与护理

    目的：总结13例2型糖尿病患者口服表皮生长因子受体抑制剂(EGFRI)靶向药物致痤疮样皮疹的观察与护理。方法：主要包括积极控制血糖，加强心理护理、饮食护理、皮肤护理等。结果：13 例患者出现不同程度皮疹反应，中度皮疹患者症状无加重，重度皮疹患者无继发感染，病患部位明显减少，临床表现明显好转。结论：对2型糖尿病口服EGFRI靶向药物致痤疮样皮疹患者采取针对性护理，可提高患者治愈率及满意度，有利于患者康复。

    AbstractObjective:To summarize the observation and nursing of acne-like rash induced by oral targeted medicine of epidermal growth factor receptor inhibitor (EGFRI) in 13 patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods: The nursing mainly included active control of blood sugar as well as strengthen psychological care, diet care, skin care and so on. Results: A total of 13 patients displayed varying degrees of rash response. The symptoms of patients with moderate rash response didn’t get worse. There was no secondary infection in patients with severe rash. The body sites which infected in the patients reduced and the clinical manifestations improved significantly. Conclusion: The targeted nursing for patients with type 2 diabetes who had acne-like rash induced by oral targeted medicine of EGFRI can improve the patient’s cure rate and satisfaction.It is conducive to rehabilitation of patients. ......
