摘要：目的介绍醇质体的制备方法、质量评价手段以及体内外透皮吸收的研究。方法以近年来国内外相关文献为依据，进行归纳总结。结果醇质体是一种稳定的透皮载体，流动性及变形性强，有较高的包封率，能显著增强药物对皮肤的渗透性，使药物能够传递到皮肤深层，甚至透过皮肤。结论作为经皮给药的载体，醇质体有良好的应用前景和开发价值。

    Progress on ethosomes

    Abstract：Objective To introduce the ways of preparation, quality evaluation and transdermal absorption in vivo/vitro for ethosomes. Methods To make a conclusion according to related publications home and abroad. ResultsEthosomal system with good fluidity, deformability and high trapping rate is a stable carrier for transdermal delivery. It can significantly enhance the permeability of drugs which can be delivered to the deep layer of skin. Conclusion Ethosomal system has a good application perspective and development value as a carrier for transdermal delivery.
