摘要：骨形态发生蛋白是一种内分泌性多功能蛋白质，属于TGF-β超家族，其中骨形态发生蛋白-7不仅在肾脏发育中具有重要作用，还与许多肾脏疾病有关，特别是与糖尿病肾病密切相关。现对其最新研究进展作一综述。

    Advances in Bone Morphogeneticprotein-7 and Diabetic Nephropathy

    Abstract：Bone morphogenetic proteins, a member of the transforming growth factor-beta(TGF-β) superfamily, are one species of the endocrine multifunctional proteins.Among them, bone morphogeneticprotein-7 (BMP-7) not only plays an important role in kidney development, but is relevant to many kidney diseases, especially diabetic nephropathy. This paper summarizes the latest researches on BMP-7.
