甜茶素的研究进展

     摘 要:甜茶是近年发现的新茶种,甜茶素为其主要活性和甜味成分。现对甜茶素的提取分离、含量测定、药理性质和应用等方面的研究进展作一综述,为甜茶素的开发应用提供参考。

    Progress on Rubusoside in Rubus suavissimus S. Lee

    Abstract:Sweet tea (Rubus suavissimus S. Lee) is a new species found recently, and rubusoside is a major active component and sweet component in Rubus suavissimus S.Lee. The latest research advances on rubusoside from sweet tea were reviewed in this paper, including extraction and separation, assaying, pharmacological action and application, which provide references for the development and application of rubusoside.
