摘要：穿心莲内酯是爵床科穿心莲属植物穿心莲(Andrographis paniculata)提取物的主要有效成分之一，为双萜内酯类化合物。本文将穿心莲内酯的抗炎与抗肿瘤分子机制的研究进展作一综述。
