     摘要:目的研究二氯甲烷回流提取大黄中游离蒽醌类成分的方案,优选最佳工艺条件。方法以分离得到大黄酸、大黄素、芦荟大黄素收率为评价指标,采用L9(34)正交设计法,以提取时间、硫酸浓度及用量为考察因素,筛选最佳工艺条件。结果提取大黄素的最佳工艺条件是大黄粗粉100 g,回流提取2.5 h,硫酸浓度20 %,用量150 mL。结论此实验方案能提取出大黄酸、大黄素、芦荟大黄素,同时降低了毒性和成本,适用于实验室提取大黄中游离蒽醌类成分。

    Optimization of Extraction Technology of Free Anthraquinones from Rheum

    Abstract:Objective To study the optimum extraction technology of free anthraquinones from Rheum by thermal reflux with dichloromethane. Methods The L9(34) orthogonal table was employed to optimize the extraction technology with the yields of rhein, archen and aloe-emodin as evaluation indexes. The influence factors including extraction time, the amount and concentration of sulfuric acid was investigated. Results The optimum extraction conditions for archen were as follows: Rheum powder 100 g, reflux for 2.5 h, 150 mL sulfuric acid of 20 %. Conclusion Rhein, archen and aloe-emodin can be successfully extracted by this method and the cost and toxicity in extraction process both are reduced, so this method can be used for the extraction of anthraquinones from Rheum in laboratory. ......
