[摘要]目的:了解临床真菌感染分布状况和耐药趋势，指导临床治疗。方法:采用真菌分离培养基分离培养真菌，用真菌检测试剂盒和常规鉴定程序鉴定真菌并做药物敏感实验。结果：226 例真菌样本中123株来源于痰液标本，86株来源于阴道分泌物，其余17例来源于其他临床标本。药敏结果显示不同的真菌对不同抗真菌药物存在着不同的耐药。结论:治疗真菌感染应合理、科学应用抗真菌药物。

    The condition and the drug resistance analysis of fungal infection in clinic

    [Abstract]Objective:To understandthe condition and the drug resistance analysis of clinical fungal infection in our hospital.Methods:Culture fungal culture media for fungiwas used to isolate and culture fungi,culturing,isolating and testing kit was used to identify and test drug sensitivity.Results:Among 226 strains,123 from sputum,86 from vaginal secretions,the rest is from other clinical samples.drug sensitive testing demonstrate different fungi have differentdrug resistance.Conclusion:Using antifungal drug rationally and scientifically is our following principle of fungal infection treatment. ......
