腰腿痛病人的心理护理

[摘要] 随着新的医学模式的转变和医学科学的发展，现代护理观也有了新的发展，从以疾病为中心的功能制护理发展到以病人为中心的整体护理，现代护理观把人视为一个整体，它包含有生理、心理、社会、文化、精神，其中心理护理已占据护理工作的重要位置。心理护理通过与病人之间的一个互相交际过程，以减轻或消除病人痛苦的各种情绪与行为，从而达到治疗目的。我们在2003年1月~2006年3月通过对150例腰腿痛病人的治疗进行心理调查，根据不同的心理问题给予相应的心理护理，取得了显著效果。

[Abstract] With the new medical model's transform and development, the modern nursing concept has developed to see the patient as a whole person, which include in physiological functions、mental state、 social relation、culture，etc，among the total，mental nursing possess important position. Mental nursing is a process to communicate with patient, than to dismiss patient's anxious feeling and behavior, thus to achieve the purpose of therapy. We have investigated the mental state of the 150 backleg pain patients who are in hospital from January 2003 to March 2006, give them mental nursing according to respective mental problem, the results indicate mental nursing effect is conspicuous ......
