[摘要]目的：探讨27例恶性肿瘤患者化疗前后T细胞亚群变化。方法：采用流式细胞术对化疗前后T细胞亚群变化进行分析。结果：不论化疗方案如何，化疗前后T细胞亚群均无明显变化。结论：化疗对细胞免疫功能可能无影响。
